EVGA hands down.

PNY is an ok brand with a mediocre warranty.....

EVGA warranty covers overclocking and they have the 90 day step up program. Im on my 4th EVGA card in a row with no problems.

Also take into consideration that you have better options with such a budget. The 295 is an outdated GPU and not worth the 500.00$...

I think now it only cost around $350 on ebay seller.
