Ars Technica has an article outlining the ultimate general purpose built computer. While you may not think that it is a "God Box" it is hard to deny the power and potential of this machine. And, while I may have chosen different parts to create the ultimate general purpose computer, I give Ars Technica mad props for the parts they did select!

The God Box: October 2009 Edition

If you're one of the blessed few who can afford to spend between $8,000 and $10,000 on a system, then the God Box is for you. But because gluttony is a sin, some prefer to just pick a few parts from this when they're looking to give their Hot Rod a boost.

An interesting article worth the read! What are your thoughts?

Hopefully some newbs will read this and it will prevent them from creating BS threads asking what the "best" computer build is!!!! :lol:
