Would this be any good for overclocking ?

I'm running something similar. -A Coolermaster Hyper TX3 (w/2 92mm fans)

Mine has 6 heat pipes and an extra fan so it probably cools a little better than that one.

The good news is, it's better than stock cooling. The bad news is, it can only handle a 700 Mhz OC on my 1045t and that's when I "undervolt" the CPU to help keep temps down.

The chip has another 300-500 Mhz in it, but will overheat under load if I push it up there with the current cooling situation.
