MSI Afterburner clicking apply resets the values to 0

When I try to overclock my 7950 using MSI Afterburner, the values always reset to 0 when I click "apply". The stock core clock is 900MHz for the OC edition and when I slide the slider to 1000MHz and hit apply, bam, slider goes back to 0 and nothing changes. Does anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it? I'm pretty sure the GPU drivers are up to date, although the "driver version" area right below where the graphics card name is displayed is blank...

Both of you have similar problems with Afterburner.

Reinstall Afterburner completely.
