Low disk space message

Hello,
C and D drives reversed when I did a full back up. I need to correct this problem.

so you mean you have a comp with a C drive which is large and a D drive which is small and the C drive backed up to the D drive? you need to go into your D drive and delete the backup. then buy an external HD to backup to. if its the setup i think it is then drive C and D are the same physical drive divided into 2 partitions.
