I really dont know which offers better and higher quality for monitors, so im going to try my luck, i now ASUS has good motherboards but i dont know about their monitors, so would you recommend this monitor

As a gaming monitor it looks good to me. And the reviews seem to agree.

It is a TN panel monitor, so there won't be much difference between it and other TN panel monitors. The thing you want to look for in these type of monitors is the backlight bleeding experiences, and this monitor seems to have very little of that, so go ahead and buy it and be happy.
