Simple question, will an Intel i7 920 CPU (not overclocked, but I might do that) bottleneck my ATI 5870 Graphics card?

It's primarily with gaming, MW2 etc

The resolution is 1920x1080

In gaming @ 1920x1080 with max graphics quality and filters more often than not the 5870 will be the bottleneck.
It's why CrossfireX and SLI are fairly popular with the serious gaming crowd.
