Which asus motherboard is best for AMD phenom 965 black edition processor [Quad core - DDR3] ?

Between the two, I prefer the PRO/USB3 version, as it's only $10 more and provides 2 x USB 3.0 ports.

Yes, the Radeon 4670 is compatible, as the boards have two PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots.

Yes your 4670 will work on it(both are good boards,the difference is that the second one supports USB 3.0)

Well i wouldn't recommend it unless the OP is going to do some serious OC'ng because ROG series are mainly better than other boards because of extra features,better cooling and better OC'ng
