Is overclocking worth it for me?

I have a AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 and in the Bios it gives me the option to EZ Overclock from 3.0GHZ all the way to 4.0GHZ.

Should I overclock? Im currently at 2.7GHZ

That's something only you know.
Do you want the extra performance? Your electric bill will be higher, the CPU might not last so long and you will probably need better cooling.

I have the old 7750 BE running in another machine it is a very poor OCer you would be lucky to achieve 2.9 GHz...You would be better off not OCing it as it is not worth it for that chip
