MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II/OC

I would like to ask if I overclock the core speed to 900 or 950 MHz would I need to increase the voltage through the MSI Afterburner? I would buy one tomorrow.

Setting of the card:

Memory Type: GDDR5
Memory Size(MB): 1024

  1. That depends. As long as it's stable at whatever clock you set, you won't need to raise the voltage. I clocked my Evga 560ti FPB to 1000 core, 2000 shader, 2300 memory stable at 1.075v (raised from stock 1.025v) using MSI Afterburner.
  2. is ur version gigabyte?
  3. I have an EVGA 560 Ti as well and was thinking of overclocking it a bit. I dont need too much and I am new to OC'ing. what would you recommend? and more importantly, how? using MSI Afterburner?
