Gigabyte ga-p31-es3g motherboard problem

Hi, I want to ask you for help

I have a computer with a gigabyte ga-p31-es3g motherboard and it worked until yesterday without a problem.
Yesterday when I start the computer, load it up and BIOS beep and no detect my drives: sata hdd and pata dvd.
Then I reboot and everything was fine, and found two devices.
I update the BIOS but still the same problem the first time not detect devices after I restart my computer everything is fine.

Only, no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key.
but that is because the disc does not detect in BIOS.

Try changing the motherboard battery and disable "spread spectrum" in the bios.
