AMD4 Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4 Socket AM3 140W Qyuad Core Processer
ASUS M4A79T Deluxe AND DDR3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard
2x (Crossfire) XFX HD-477A-YDFC Radeon HD 4770 512Mb 128-bit DDR5 PCIe 2.0 x16
OCZ Solid Series OCZSSD2-1SLD120G 2.5" 120 Gb SATA II
Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500Gb 7200RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s
Zalman ZM660-XT 660W Quiet PSU
Antec P183 Case
Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit

Build went beautifully. 20+ hours of stress testing with Prime95 focusing on Memory passed without any problems.

Computer suddenly shut down without warning while installing some software for my wife (Lifetimez scrapbooking software).

Started the computer again and looked at the Windows error logs and saw LOTS of errors (60,000+ in the previous hour).

Computer suddenly shut down again without warning while viewing the errors.

Started the computer again and received "BOOTMGR missing" message after the bios screen.

Reset the system bios to default settings. Booted from Windows Vista install disk and attempted to repair OS. Windows Vista was unable to repair the install.

Ran Chkdsk and it found so many errors that it could not complete.

Any Suggestions? Replace the SDD?
