i would assume you unmounted it. right click on computer, go to manage, go to hard disks, select the disk, right click and mount. you may need to right click and assign a drive letter if none is assigned

hard drive partitions and mounting can be a real headache, more so to the users who do not deal with it often. There are many things that coudl have happened or might need to happen to resolve it. best i can recomend is using a remote desktop program to allow a tech to repair it or bring it to a shop/invite a comp tech over to your place. i can do the remote desktop repair via team viewer if required
