Super cheap PC

OK, I successful built my first $1,200 rig 2 weeks ago. Now that I have some experience under my belt I'm thinking about building one for my sister.

Her 10+ yr old computer recently broke down and in need of a new computer. The softwares she runs are mostly Microsoft word, excel...etc. and I think AutoCad. She doesn't need anything really fancy.

The computer case & the optical drive I'm going to reuse...the parts that I need advice in getting are mb, cpu, psu, gpu, ram & hd. My budget is $200-$300.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Btw, the OS is going to be XP....maybe upgrade to 7 in the near future.

Here are some quality components for just slightly over budget. You can just use the integrated GPU on the motherboard. You're not going to find a decent build that includes a separate GPU for < $300.
