Hello I just built my first computer, and have the HD 5850.

I installed windows 7 and did the windows index score thing and it gave me 6.0 for the graphics and the graphics for games.

i thought that this card was the latest and greatest thing in technology, why do I only have a 6.0?

Toss a 2nd 5850 (or even a 3rd) in there and see how much the score goes up.

Wow! A HD 4850 gets 6.5 you must be doing it wrong.

My HD 5850 gets a 7.7

thats with cat 9.10

You do have the card in the 16x PCI-E slot right ?

i have the 9.10 installed

the controll center for your GPU it has drivers and OCing tolls ect

Are you useing 9.9 or 9.10

I really dont see why you would only get 6.0
