Windows Error Code, HELP!?!?

I got a pc the other day with a really beat up case, so I moved the parts Into another one and put a hard drive in and now when I try to install windows it comes up with a error code, 0xc0000005, can somebody help me, I have tried xp vista and 7. Help?

First, make sure the CPU is not overclocked, then do the following:

Remove and reinstall the memory cards.
Run a full memory test using something like Memtest86.
Run a full diagnostic on your hard drive. Most drive manufacturers have free tools you can download.

If you still cannot install Windows, ask again and provide more details such as the motherboard and CPU model.
