Quick. Memory?

I have 4GB G.Skill Ripjaw DDR3 1600Mhz currently in my computer. Went to manufacturers website and manually input the Frequency and clocks etc.. since I believe it defaulted at slower.

How much of a difference willl I noticed with another set of 4GB of ram?

Worth the extra 100$?

I'm mostly a gamer, and use my computer for watching videos, email, chat, and general use besides the hi-def gaming.

Getting a 8GB RAM won't give you a noticeable boost in games,it mostly helps when you do some heavy PhotoShop,3D MAX .... tasks which you don't,so You'' be fine with 4GB

Hi.

U won't see a big difference between 4GB and 8GB, at least that u use many Adobe applications at the same time, that u don't say that in the main use of the rig.

U can save that money and try to get a SSD, with that u can see a difference.
