Zotac GF6100 F-E Help!

So I bought a Zotac GF6100 F-E and a Sempron 145 (I know... complete garbage hardware please dont judge me, but i was on an extreme budget). In the CPU configuration section of the bios, it says "Able to change freq: Yes". But the FSB settings are grayed out. There is another section called "AMD Overclocking Configuration". Although, after changing "Custom P-States" to "Enabled", the only settings i could change are "Core Divider" and "NB Divider" (i dont even know what they do).

I suspect just a crappy motherboard i bought.

My name is Juliette and I'm a new member of ZOTAC USA. I see that you're having a little difficulty with the motherboard that you purchased. If you don't mind, I would suggest that you download and install this BIOS update (within Windows) and see if the values change within the BIOS:
