Hi all.
I want to build a NAS at home, using a linux fileserver (which has software RAID5 with my existing 120GB PATA drives), gigabit ethernet and XP clients that boot from said NAS.

Does anyone know of any free software that does what qualystem LAN-PC3 does? (boot windows 2K/XP from PXE by emulating a virtual harddrive over the network)
btw, there's also BXP software, but that uses proprietary server software that only runs on windows instead of a generic SMB fileserver.

The purpose of the setup is to give all the machines I have at home a nice solid RAID5'd 100MegaBYTE/sec virtual harddrive (most of the time the boxes do not work all at once) by pooling all their HD's together.

I'd like to hear opinions on this setup, thanks!
