No there are not any windows 7 drivers for this laptop

The first thing that you should try is to connect using the wired network and apply all updates. It's possible that a driver may have been added that was not part of the retail package (this certainly happens with printers).

The second thing that you should be aware of is that there are a number of different chipsets used for the wireless network in the Inspiron, so this thread may or may not help. (A solution is given in the last but one post.)
