Hello,
I have a xps 1645 and want to improve the speed of the SSD to a sata3, will it work if my sata port is 2 and will it be a big improvement?

if you have a standard laptop hard drive in there then yes it will make a big improvement--but it will be limited to the sata 2 speed of roughly 280mbs and 260mbs read and write

Hi

I have a slow samsung pm800 256gig in here at the moment, with speeds of just 120 read, 40 write, so would at least get double, but would i notice it?
