Building low noise PC

My goal would be to have a low noise pc with 1, 2 or 3 GPU's.

My options are to either use a modified Haf932 or Fractal R2.

If I choose the Fractal R2 I will either have to use 2 GPU's and a AX750 or replace the fan in my noisy 1000w Golden Green for 3 gpu's.

With the Haf932 I also have the option of using 2 Psu's a HX650 and AX750.

Components I own:

Low noise PSU's: AX750, HX650, TX650.
High noise PSU's: Golden Green 1000w.

GPU's: 7970, 7950, 7950.

CPU: X6 1045t.

I also have a Fractal R2 with socket 1155 system for one PCI-e but I would eventually have to upgrade to a i5 CPU if using a AMD 7900 GPU as it currently has a G620 which is a bit weak.

also for quietness you can purchase sound dampening material to put on large surfaces inside your case. it is very cheap and surprisingly effective. its not something i see done often but it does work. a few sound boards were recently installed in my school cafeteria and took the sound level form ear drum-bleeding to a low din.

I have 2 Fractal R2 both come with noise dampening from stock, it's called Bitumen I think it's 2mm thick.

My surfing PC has AX750 psu which propably is passive most of the time as my system is below 150w most of the time.

Also I have 2 mechanical harddrives and a OS ssd disk, I have one 500rpm scythe sliptream fan as intake bottom fron and one 500rpm as exhaust.

I can run it passive with Scythe Mugen but I decided to put a 500rpm on it aswell.

I can't hear anything in it unless there is heavy load on the mechanical drives then slight noise.

In fact the only source of noise is my Display which has coil whine.
