New build any programs i may need?

I'm waiting for my new parts to arrive at my front door. This is my first build and was just wondering if there were any progrmas i may want to download to aid in getting things up and running. I think i should get cpu-z and gpu-z but im sure there are other ones such as prime95 and others. I will be installing windows 7 64bit.

Prime95 (test stability),
CoreTemp or RealTemp,
SuperPi (Benchmarking),
Cinebench (Benchmarking),
HDTune (Benchmarking)
OCCT Perestroïka (stability)
Acronis for WD
Free Antivirus (Free AVG or MSE)
Memtest 86+ (just get the ultimate boot disc)

These are just a few I can think off the top off my head right now

thanks guys. will likely get these tonight.

also whats a good thermal compound to get. my friend has some ocz hes not sure what its called but im assuming it freeze, but he said he would give me a tube of it so i didnt order any offline.

ok thanks. i dont think cooling that cpu will be to much of an issue anyways.
