SU4100 oe SU7300?

I m planning to buy an Inspiron 13z, with 2 diffenent CPU, SU4100 and SU7300.
Of course I know the SU7300 is better than Pentium SU4100, but I refer to ark.intel.com, I found 2 processors are identical.
Is the 2 CPU performance close to each other?

The SU7300 has 1MB more cache than the SU4100. The SU7300 also has hardware acceleration VMs. So if you do VMs,etc get the SU7300. Assuming both CPUs are similarly priced (only a $10-15 difference) you may be better off with the SU7300.
