Is this a good cheap LGA 1156 mobo?

Im getting an i5 750 and want a cheap mobo that has the ability to overclock. How is this one?

I haven't seen a review of that board. If you want to step up to $105 (<15 more when you consider shipping) the GA-P55M-UD2 is a great mATX board with OC potential. Here's a review of it: http://www.anandtech.com/show/2850
I pulled out the following quote from the front page: "If you’re going to buy just one, we’d recommend the Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2, especially if top flight overclocking is important to you."

Hi, the best mobo for OC are Gigabyte.

But this MSI P55-GD65 is a very solid mobo, maybe is out of your budget but is an option.
