Asus P7P55 and Windows 2003?

I'm trying to load 2003 on my P7P55 WS and it won't see the USB floppy at F6 to install the RAID drivers. So I decided to slip stream the RAID drivers in with nLite. Still it would not recognize the RAID controller. Has anyone out there gotten the RAID drivers for 2003 to load on this board?

It looks like the BIOS is not recognizing my USB floppy. I can plug in a memory stick and the BIOS can see it. The floppy works when I plug it into another system with Windows. Actually I used this same floppy on another Asus board and it saw it during F6.
