Help assembling new pc

i was wondering if this pc is pretty good..
gigabyte GA-P41-ES3G
inte dual core 3.2 ,2mb
2gb ram ddr2
ati sapphire radeon hd4670 512mb

i need your suggestions please....

my budget is about 300$
and i'm planing to use it fo watching videos,gaming,internet ,and some 2d Designing exhotoshop ,....etc
and for the Processor intel E6500...but i have question do i buy intel dual core oramd athlon x2 ((dual core))....???
and what about the compatibility between the stuffs ??
so please help me
