Any suggestions regarding these rams ? disadvantages ?
Im not really good in specs, but as far as my knowledge, I found these numbers pretty good and newegg reviews were excellent too.

Timings are 6-7-6-18 @ 1.65v giving 1600 Mhz!

1- The above is Model 998691 with Mushkin's Frostbyte Heatsink
2- There is also Model 998692 comes with Mushkin's Ascent Heatsink

Price difference is almost nothing! Which one should be better ?
 
One looks to be unavailable right now. But there appears to be very little difference, other than the heatsinks. I'd say go ahead and order the one that is available now as you'll likely have a very similar experience with either.
