i apologize as this isint the best place but i am desperate :(

my gts 250 died a few nights ago.

im going to going and pick up modern warfare 2 tonight with no graphics card

ordering online would take a couple days for the card to arrive

if you live in or around Toronto and have a video card for sale, please e-mail me ra_fierce@hotmail.co.uk

im looking for a good video card around $250.

im paying cash, and would like to a Graphics card ASAP

Take a deep breath and don't allow yourself to be so vulnerable. I like a good game as you do but make deliberate decisions that you won't regret later. Look online, make a selection and it will be at your door in 2-3 days I'm sure.

Besides, I can't make a good suggestion without knowing what other hardware you are running, include the OS as well.

ALSO, doesn't your current card have a warranty and where/when did you buy it?

you can find the 5850 on newegg.com, but it will run you $300. If you have plans to get a second then the 5770 isn't a bad choice, with two of them running you a total of $320. But do not waste your time trying to go around to some walmart or best buy to purchase an overpriced card just to play a game a few days sooner. You will be much happier in the end if you wait and order it online to make sure that you get a good card that can handle the games graphics on the best settings.
