How do I add a second hard drive into my gaming pc? The hard drive is a western digital wd3200aajs. It is SATA and I salvaged it from my old computer(the comp wouldn't turn on). I run windows 7 but the old pc was a windows vista. How do I set the slave/master etc. and will it be compatible? Thank you.

Simple, you don't set master/slave settings.

Serial ATA doesn't use master/slave settings. Just plug the drive into a SATA port and format.

go into your bios and turn the raid function on. then go into the raid setup menu. on my motherboard you hit ctrl-i at the post screen to enter the raid menu. then select your raid configuration(0-1-5-10 etc). select the maximum size of the drives and that should be all you have to do. For me windows 7 installed the raid drivers for my motherboard automatically so you probably wont have to worry about that. make sure both of your harddrives match each others cache and size. hopefully this helps.
