It says it automatically uses turbo boost to go up to 2.3 GHz. Its enabled and everything, but it NEVER goes up to 2.3 GHz. I tried to do it manually, but it bluescreened 30 minutes into MW3.
So whats a safe voltage? I don't want it to get to hot or anything, im mainly only gonna apply it when using emulators.
And im 99% sure that you can't change this, but can i change the allocated 512MB of ram to 2GB, now that the whole PC has 6GB of ram?

edit: forgot to say im using k10stat if thats at all relevant.
