New case + cpu cooler OR iPod touch 8gb

Currently I'm using a $15 generic case that doesn't have any fans, and I'm using the stock Intel cooler. My cpu goes to 70c when I render.
I'm listening music on my cell phone right now. It gets the job done.
what should i get? I have $200![:D]( ":D")

Have any savings? I would just set it aside for an emergency fund. I got laid off in Dec from my last job, so I'm glad to have some $$ set aside. If you have to spend, get an aftermarket cooler when the price is right. Slickdeals had an ocz listed for $6 after rebate recently. It came with 4 heatpipes and a 92mm fan.
