New HD and no recovery disc available

Hello,
The HD of my Toshiba Satellite M35-S320 was replaced with a new one and I have no access to the system recovery disc that probably came with the computer.
In DOS the screen keeps showing "no operating system detected".
Anything I can do to fix this problem ??

Install an OS on the new drive.

Contact Toshiba, you can order a set of restore disks form them.
