Can anyone give me advice on opening a toughbook? I have removed all of the
screws out of the bottom but something seems to be keeping the front right
side from releasing. Is there a special locking mechanism that only the
service techs know about? I am trying to access the CMOS battery so I can
reset the password that the owner has forgotten so we can access the BIOS
and install XP home. Thanks for any useable advice short of using a hammer
or blowtorch.
