Core i3 i5 mobile upgrade possibilities

Does anyone know if those processors will be upgradable on notebooks?
I read on intel's website that i5 430M for example is not embedded, but previous experiences with SU7300 CPUs shows its not 100% accurate as they can be bolted to the motherboard.

all depends on the model, some notebook makers WANT you to buy new and not upgrade, and keep in mind thermal limitations

if know if you brought, say a MSI, bare bone notebook and put in the processor and gfx ur self then you know it is upgradeable, so that may be a better solution if you are asking about upgrading a notebook at all.
