Issues with Theater Mode in Catalyst 9.10 with numbering displays.

My question is an issue with using Theater mode in catalyst 9.10 on Windows 7 x64 with my 4850 card (doubt the card has much to do with this issue, but I thought I'd toss it in there for good measure) I can only get the option to duplicate my HDTV as another display. It works much like cloning my display did in XP, but the HDTV is labeled as display 1 the same as my desktop monitor. Theater mode won't kick in like it did in XP unless the HDTV is label as display 2. I am wondering how to do this or if there is a way to do this at all in Windows 7? I noticed they made some switches between the Win7 version of Catalyst 9.10 and the XP version. If anyone knows how to label displays with numbers or knows if the cloning function works in Win 7 (as all I see is "duplicate" as an option) please let me know. Thanks for your time and hopefully its something simple I missed.
