Help me choose

I'm debating whether to pick the Intel Authorized 500W or the Thermaltake TR2 RX 450W.
Which one is better?

I plan to buy a computer with this spec:

CPU - i5-750
Motherboard - Asus P7P55D
HDD - Western Digital 640GB
GPU - Geforce GTS 250 1GB
Memory - Kingston DDR3 2GB 1333Mhz

And I just wanted to know if it would be better to keep my PSU(Thermaltake) or buy a new one.
