ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I'd Like to water cool the cpu for best over clocking. I need at least a 24" monitor 1920x1080 Also water are two drives to set up in a raid 0 for max performance. I just need help I keep going back and forth between intel and amd on cpu so point me in the right direction. I just want a kick ass rig

Get 2 5870 and forget water-cooling... you will spend a lot of money only for cooling.

Still, if you really want to do some water-cooling, I suggest you to get a... REALLY good case...

You can get a Corsair or an already designed water-cooling case, but the price will be 400$ minimum...

The Corsair case is 300$... so it's really an expensive hobby.

If you add DangerDen water-cooling parts, you will need to spend around 600$ for the case and the heat sinks, pump, radiator and the reservoir.

As for the H2O cooling, do you have experience with this, it's quite complicated and I wouldn't really recommend it.
