When i install my lexmark x215 driver smart ui 32 bits gateway error

when i print my document , this application has failed to start because ntvdm.exe was not found.reinstall the application may fix the problem.
and another msg.
cant load smart utilities library (code 126)the specified module could not be found.
when i uninstall n install the driver the smart utilities error msg shows.

Reinstall ntvdm.exe from Windows CD.
