You can't really go wrong with an i7 and two 5870s.

Of course, if you have more money to throw at this thing, you could add an SSD for your OS and a larger HDD for storage.
The power supply is fine, but there are higher-rated units (Corsair, Seasonic, etc... also the Cooler Master UCP line is very good).
If you'll be overclocking the CPU make sure you have a good CPU cooler, like the Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer, Scythe Mugen 2, Xigmatek Dark Knight, Prolimatech Megahelems, etc, etc.

first i want power supply lc power but people told me i go for cooler master or corsair like you say my budget are about 1800€ and this pc are going to cost 1767€
i always use 250GB Hard drive and i never have full disk i think 640GB will be more than enough for me.

Honestly right now, 2x 5870 is pretty much overkill for any game (unless you are playing on a 30+ inch monitor) - I would personally drop it down to one, and you give yourself another 380ish to play with.

You can easily upgrade the ps with that, as well as either save some money (didn't see anything mentioned about needing the OS, or a new monitor) - or go for a SSD, anything else you like.
