3.0 GB/s to 1.5 GB/s on a western digital laptop hard drive

Hello there! I have a Western Digital WD3200BEVT 2.5" 320 GB laptop HDD that runs at 5400 RPM and has a data transfer of 3.0 GB/s.
I want to to reduce the data speed from 3.0 to 1.5 GB/s but I dont know which pins to use with some jumper shunts I have.
Can you help me please?

Only the 8MB buffer on that drive has a data transfer rate of 3Gb/s (300MB/s).
