I5 750 Worth OC'ing?

i5 750 @ stock speed
HD 6870
650w OCZ PSU

Primarily only use this machine for BF3 and running it fairly stable @ 50fps @ high settings.

My question is, would I really see any performance gains by OC'ing my CPU?

Are you getting crashes at stock on BF3? Fairly stable at stock sounds really bad. If you mean a stable 50 FPS, I would go for it! Get the full usage out of that CPU!

Yea, I meant stable framerate, never had crashes from CPU related issues (did when OC'ing video card but I have it dialed in now).

Well, if you have good cooling, I would go for it! Many hit 4ghz.
