Ok,
I have a wireless internet connection on my laptop at home. It has Vista and I am trying to connect an older laptop to it via ethernet in order to supply internet connection to the older XP Prowhich has .... to share internet connection. Now in the Network and Sharing Center. It shows my wireless connection as having local and internet access. It shows the other computer as being connected but with local access only. Does anyone have the answer for me to configure these two to share the internet. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

You have to enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the wireless connection.
