Which of these is the better processor for GAMING?

Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93ghz 1066fsb
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33ghz 1333fsb

Both with a Asus P5P43TD Pro motherboard and Sapphire Radeon HD 4770

The e7500 is faster. And the q8200 doesn't support virtualization, if you need it.

I would choose the 1333fsb bus over the 1066 fsb even though the Q8200 is one of the worst quads out there.

Right now, the 7500 is the better gaming CPU, maybe in the future, the Q8200 will be the better one as games will tend to start utilizing more cores.

It depends on the game, a lot of newer games are showing good performance gains on quad core over dual, while basically any older game will run better on the faster clocked dual. Personally I would go with the quad.
