Complete system restore windows xp pro

Hello,
Whats the hot keys during booting up to fully restore a dell latitude d505 running xp pro bios A11 2.3 to the factory install state and wipe clean every thing after the os was installed?

I dont have a reinstall disk for it Im looking for the hot key combination to force a complete system restore during the bios start up it should be a combination of the cntrl key and 2 or 3 of the F keys alternating back and forth between them during the bios start up.
