About to set up SLI for first time - 2 questions

I have MSI P7N SLI-FI missing SLI connector
400watt PSU
2gb ddr2 800mhz
640 Gb WD Black
x-fi extreme audio

I have just done some work for a friend who is giving me 2 EVGA 8800GT, again no SLI connector

1> will an ASUS SLI connector work with this mobo and cards?

2> before I go searching all over internet, will I end up needing a new PSU or do I have enough power?

1>... I believe the ASUS SLI would work. The SLI connector normally comes with the MOBO, so it isn't tied to a GPU or a MOBO... they can be interchangable

2>... Yes you will need a new PSU... 400W will not cut it with two 8800GT's. I would go at least 650W to be on the save side.
