How come i posted but i cant see my own post?
I guess i posted too much words. Sorry for the triple post.
So.. My hertz is 60... and im playing a game called torchlight. When i play the game, the Frame Rate is only 13.
Do i have anyway which i can increase it as it kinda kills the fun off.

The Intel GMA 3000 isn't anywhere near a fast card for a recent game such as Torchlight. Warcraft 3 is a very old game and it would play even on old Pentium 3's.

I have looked up your PC and it looks like you can't upgrade the video card.

The only way for Torchlight to run properly is to get another PC.
