Phenom II 965 mb hepl?

Currently I am having M2N68-AM Plus motherboard with 3 GB DDR2 RAM.
I am getting a phenom II 965 processor which is not supported by my current board.
So please suggest me a new motherboard which will overclock it well and supports DDR2 RAM cause I am having 3 gigs of it.
ASUS motherboards are preferred more.
