Hi All,

I have installed two sticks of 2GB DDR3 but the PC is still running in single channel mode.

How do i enable dual channel?

The harware is:
*MSI P55-CD53

*Intel core I5

*Corsair , XMS 3, ddr3-1600, 1.65v, 9-9-9-24

*Corsair , XMS 3, ddr3-1600, 1.60v, 9-9-9-24

thanks,

but it did not work.

I tried all possible combinations. The only the way PC starts is if I put one stick in the first blue slot and the second stick in the first black slot.
Any other other combinations just gives me beeps and then black screen.

Any ideas?

after checking some reviews on this board, I found this : "If you're using 2 sticks of RAM make sure to use the Black slots, otherwise it won't POST (but the manual more or less says this.....)"

Hope this helps

Thanks to all.

Problem solved. I put one stick in at a time.

Put one in, boot up. Then power down, add another stick and start up. Both should be in black slots
