Free help starting windows xp normally

windows xp not start in normally mode but will in safe mode.this was because the pc wasnt been turned off right.

Try selecting "Last known good configuration" from the Safe Mode menu.

My d610 won't start normally it loads all the way to windows xp logo the starts all over again and again it shows messages like
Blue screens and windows did not start successfully
It shows safe mode
Safe mode with networking
Safe mode with command prompt
Last known Good Configuration
Start windows Normally
But nothing works I've tried pressing f2,f12,f8,fn,crtl f11,f5,and safe mode but nothing works
I don't want to spend any money doing this process
I've tried everything nothing works I can't go to my user profile or anything I can't get passed the booting progress it won't let me select a user profile it won't take me to it please help

They tried to do too much smart stuff and screwed some of it up.
